These Terms of Use govern your use of the Racktopia colocation marketplace. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Racktopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2The marketplace service
Racktopia is a marketplace that connects businesses seeking colocation space with data center providers. We facilitate discovery and request routing but are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider, and we do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or performance of any listing.
3Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings — including specs, pricing, certifications, and availability — and for responding to requests in good faith. Listings submitted for approval may be reviewed before going live. Providers must not post misleading, infringing, or unlawful content.
4Requester responsibilities
When you submit a colocation request, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for evaluating any provider and any agreement you enter into.
5Accounts
You must be authorized to act on behalf of any company you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6Fees
Browsing the marketplace and submitting requests is free for requesters. Racktopia does not charge providers to list facilities, but we may introduce paid features in the future. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before they apply.
7Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping listings, spamming providers, submitting false requests, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the service.
8Limitation of liability
Racktopia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any issues arising from agreements between users and providers.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
